Macrame 3 Arm Plant Hanger Tutorial | Up to 14cm pot
This is a PDF tutorial on how to create my 3 arm macrame plant hangers. This is a beginner friendly guide with step by step instructions, including 20 clear photos. You will only need to learn 3 knots to create this plant hanger - each knot has a youtube video tutorial linked in the PDF tutorial.
This plant hanger is suitable for plant pots of up to approximately 14cm depending on the style of pot. For reference, please see my photo showing both 13cm and 14cm pots in the hanger.

You will need a ring (wooden or metal etc) and 27.5 meters of 5mm cotton cord. You can use single strand, braided or twisted cord.
- Units of measurement: Metric (centimeters and meters)
- Difficulty: Beginner

This plant hanger measures 80cm from the top of the ring down to the end of the tassel. The plant hanger lengths quoted are without a pot, they will shorten depending on the size of pot used.
The guide can be read on any device (laptop, phone, tablet etc) and can also be printed for annotation, if required. The PDF guide is 9 pages long so please consider the environment before printing the whole document. This guide contains 20 photos so you can follow along the method at every step.
